  1. You can request a refund for any purchases made within the last 14 days. If the product doesn't meet your experience, feel free to reach out to us
  2. Using single credentials for multiple users is not allowed. If you want to use Tsker for multiple users, you need to purchase a separate license for each user
  3. While we currently offer all future upgrades at no additional cost, we reserve the right to charge for upgrades in the future if deemed reasonable
  4. The features of Tsker evolve over time, including the addition or removal of certain features, adjustments to the feature availability in free/paid plans, or transitioning parts or the entirety of the app's source code to open source. In these scenarios, refunds will not be provided unless your purchase is within the 14-day refund window
  5. Tile availability of Tsker's service is not guaranteed. While we strive to maintain a reliable service, we cannot assure continuous availability due to factors such as natural disasters, ownership changes, outages in dependent services, among others. Should any of these events occur, refunds will not be issues, unless your purchase falls within the 14-day refund window.

  1. Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or employing the services of Tsker.io, you are affirming your understanding and acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions delineated herein.

    This Agreement commences upon your initial access or use of the Tsker.io application.
  3. Access to Premium Features
    Upon procurement of a license, you shall be endowed with access to all premium features. Exhaustive information concerning these features can be reviewed on the designated pricing page.
  4. Policy on Refunds
    We extend a forthright refund policy, wherein requests for refunds are honored without necessitating any justification, provided such requests are made within a span of 14 days subsequent to the purchase.
  5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
    Tsker.io does not extend any warranties, assurances, or affirmations pertaining to the quality, appropriateness for a specific objective, or other facets of the software. Tsker.io shall not be held accountable for any representation (unless fraudulent), implied warranty, condition, or other term, or any common law duty, for any loss of revenue or any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims (whether engendered by Tsker.io's negligence, the negligence of its agents or employees, or otherwise) emanating from or in association with the provision of any goods or services by Tsker.io. Tsker.io shall not be deemed in violation of contract owing to any delay in fulfilling, or failure to fulfill, any of its obligations if such delay or failure arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Notwithstanding any adverse provisions in this Agreement, in the event Tsker.io is adjudged liable to you for breaching this Agreement, you concur that Tsker.io's liability is confined to the amount you actually remitted for the services or software, with this amount being ascertained in reliance on this clause. You hereby absolve Tsker.io from any and all obligations, liabilities, and claims transcending this limitation.
  6. General Provisions and Governing Law
    This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is engendered between you and meelio.io through your utilization of these services. You accede not to portray yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of meelio.io and acknowledge that meelio.io shall not be held accountable for any representation, action, or inaction on your part.
